深拉筒形制品用冷轧钼板的力学性能与显微结构分析

摘    要:冷轧钼板各向异性是造成深拉筒形制品成材率低的基本原因.本文研究的两次交又轧制工艺制取的钼板明显减少了力学性能的各向异性,并且呈现形变软化现象,研究表明是由于{111}面织构增多及显微结构、位错组态变化的结果.生产证明该工艺已取得较好的经济效益.

Abstract:During drawing cylindric products, the anisotropy of the mechanical properties of cold-rolled Mo sheets was the basic cause for the lower rate of finished products. In this paper, a cross-rolling method was used to produce Mo sheets. In such sheets, the anisotropy of the mechanical properties was improved distinctly and the deformation soft occured. The investigation showed that this was a result of the increase of {111} texture and the change of the microstructure and dislocation configuration in this rolling prosess. Applying this method to the practical production has resulted in good economic benefits.
