| 摘 要： | 师范类体育院校毕业生就业工作与其它普通高校既有其共同性又有其特殊性,如何根据师范类体育院校毕业生的自身特点做好毕业生就业工作是学校教育功能延续的重要环节,也是每个体育教育工作者应思考的问题。通过对师范类体育院校毕业生就业现状的分析,指出毕业生就业困难的原因,提出提高师范类体育院校毕业生就业率的对策与建议。
