氯丁胶乳液辐照接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合反应机理和动力学

摘    要:本文报道了采用60Coy-射线辐照商品化氯丁胶和甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)进行乳液接枝聚合反应的实验结果.在本实验条件下,接枝聚合反应是受扩散控制的,并在单体转化率-时间曲线上存在诱导期和恒速聚合反应期.它们与MMA浓度有如下关系:Dmlm=K[MMA]和Rp=k[MMA]1.67.得到的产物是甲基丙烯酸甲酯富集在壳层的核-壳结构的粒子.

Abstract:This paper described the graft polymerization of methyl methacrylate on choroprene rubber in the form of emulsions under irradiation of,60Cor-rays. The results demostrated that the monomer diffusion in the rubber particles is the rate-determining step. The induced Period(Dmln was observed on the curve of conversion vs polymerization time. Rate of graft polymerization(Rp) can be calculated based on the straisht line of conversion against time. There are the following equations: Dmln= KMMA] and Rp= kMMA]1.67The mechanism of graft polymerhation was discussed and the structure of Core-rich in polychloroprene and shell-rich in poly(methyl methacrylate) was obtained.
