| 摘 要： | 美国抛出的新一轮“中国威胁论”尚未达到美国的预期目标,“中国责任论”又随着美国政要的相继访华应运而生。对中国迅速发展的认知由“威胁”到“责任”的转变,是美对华战略层面变更,还是仅为战术方针调整;是美对华表示善意的真实体现,还是对华制约的另类手段等问题,仍值得我们去审慎思考和研究。

| Abstract: | The new round "China's Threat" still doesn't meet the anticipated aim of U.S.,and the "China's Responsibility" appeared following the American high rank officials' visit to China.As for the transformation of perception from "threat" to "responsibility" on China,whether the transformation belong American strategic change on its Chinese policy or the adjust of the tactics;is it a real kind expression or another way to contain China,those are value for us to think prudently and study carefully. |
