论高校和谐劳动关系的构建

摘    要:
我国高校多元化用人模式并存,劳动关系繁杂,对和谐劳动关系的构建提出了严峻的挑战。目前,我国高校劳动关系存在一些问题:人事管理制度有待完善、和谐劳动关系的氛围有待形成、劳动法律法规意识有待加强。因此,要积极采取对策,要完善人力资本激励机制,规范高校劳动关系;注重心理契约管理,营造和谐劳动氛围;完善相关法律制度,促进依法劳动管理。

Abstract:
Diversification servant pattern and multifarious labor relations in our country's colleges and universities build a severe challenge to the harmonious labour relations.At present,there are some problems in our country's colleges and universities labour relation:personnel management system should be to improve,harmonious labour relations atmosphere should be to form and labour laws and regulations to be strengthened.Therefore,we must actively take countermeasures.For example,to improve human capital mechanism,make colleges and universities'labor relations morale;pay attention to psychological contract management and create a harmonious working environment;improve the legal systems and promote to management according to law.
