论德育教学中的隐性课程

摘    要:何为隐性德育课程迄今为止学术界还未达成共识。学者们从各自专业背景出发,给隐性德育课程作出不同种解释。在众多定义中,隐性德育课程的广义解读可以有效拓宽它的研究范围,更好发挥隐性课程的德育功效。与传统"灌输式"德教方法相比,隐性德育课程可以培养学生的主体地位,提高学生参与道德学习的积极性,真正实现道德的自我教育;隐性德育课程形式多样,"开设"难度较大,学校可以从优化环境、提高教师队伍素质和重视学校制度建设等三个主要方面加以尝试。

Discussion On the Moral Teaching of the Hidden Curriculum

Abstract:What is hidden moral education curriculum,the academic community has not yet formed a consensus so far.Scholars start from their professional background to make different kinds of interpretation of hidden moral curriculum.Among the many definitions,the hidden curriculum of moral education can effectively expand its scope and better play the hidden curriculum of moral effect.With the traditional "indoctrination" moral education methods,hidden moral education courses can bring up the dominant position of students,improve students learning in the moral enthusiasm,truly realize moral self-education;The form of hidden moral education course is various and it's more difficult to implement,the school can improve the environment,improve the quality of teachers and the school systems to be tried.
