论德育教学中的隐性课程

何为隐性德育课程迄今为止学术界还未达成共识。学者们从各自专业背景出发,给隐性德育课程作出不同种解释。在众多定义中,隐性德育课程的广义解读可以有效拓宽它的研究范围,更好发挥隐性课程的德育功效。与传统"灌输式"德教方法相比,隐性德育课程可以培养学生的主体地位,提高学生参与道德学习的积极性,真正实现道德的自我教育;隐性德育课程形式多样,"开设"难度较大,学校可以从优化环境、提高教师队伍素质和重视学校制度建设等三个主要方面加以尝试。
