摘    要:分别以单一稻秸和稻秸中添加蓝藻为底料,控制发酵温度35±1℃进行厌氧发酵产沼气的对比试验.结果表明:稻秸和蓝藻相混合是良好的沼气发酵原料,其产气速度、产量明显高于单一稻秸为底料的处理.实验B组稻秸和蓝藻1:1混合厌氧发酵的两次产气高峰期都集中在发酵的前16d,而实验A组单一稻秸处理只有发酵第7d的一次产气高峰;前者的TS单日最高产气量、平均日产气量、累积产气量、TS产气潜力和甲烷含量分别为20.21ml.g-1、541.97ml、38480ml、456.09ml.g-1和76.88%,都明显高于后者的4.57ml.g-1、347ml、6940ml、42.03ml.g-1和42.33%的各项指标;并且实验B组的料液TS降解率52.54%远高于实验A组的5.52%;在整个发酵过程中,各组pH保持在6.5-7.2的范围内.

Abstract:Selected rice straws and rice straws with blue algae for anaerobic fermentation materials to produce biogas at controlled temperature(35±1℃).The result showed that the rice straws with blue algae were the better raw material than the rice straws in the velocity and amount of biogas production.Two peaks of biogas production of experimental group B that the rice straws mixed with blue algae at the ratio 1:1 concentrated in the first 16 days of the anaerobic fermentation,while experimental group A only had one peak on the 7th day of the anaerobic fermentation.The highest TS daily biogas production,daily mean biogas production,accumulating amounts of biogas production,the potential of producing biogas of TS and the average content of methane for the former were respectively 20.21 ml·g-1,541.97ml,38480ml,456.09ml·g-1 and 76.88%,all of these were more than the latter which were 4.57ml·g-1,347ml,6940ml,42.03ml·g-1和42.33%.Besides,the degradation ratio of experimental group B is 52.54%,which was more than 5.52% of experimental group A.The pH value maintained stable level about 6.57.2 in the process of anaerobic fermentation.
