| 摘 要： | 应用现代分析技术对药芯焊丝制造工艺中的润滑材料进行了分析研究，讨论了润滑材料对药芯料丝制造及使用过程的影响，文章还对表面材料在焊接过程中对送丝性能、导电性能及熔敷金属的含碳量等的影响进行了分析和研究。 |

| Abstract: | In this paper modern analysis techniques have been employed to analyze and study technology lubricants for making flux core welding wire.The paper discusses the influence of technology lubricant on making and using flux core welding wire.It also studies the influence of lubrcants on wire sending,electric conduction and carbon content of furnace hearth metal. |
