氧化铝陶瓷复合靶抗长杆弹侵彻的数值研究

摘    要:采用有限元软件包 ANSYS/LS-DYNA ,对长杆弹侵彻氧化铝陶瓷复合靶的过程进行数值模拟分析。在研究中系统地考察了随着长杆弹着靶速度的改变对氧化铝陶瓷复合靶产生的侵彻影响。结果表明:陶瓷材料以其较高的硬度有效的使得长杆弹头产生较大的变形,从而阻止侵彻深度的增加。特定组成成分的陶瓷复合装甲只对一定速度范围内的侵彻体有较好的防御效果。

Abstract:Based on the software LS-DYNA-970 of finite element method on centered finite difference ,this paper is focus on 3-D analyse of ceramic targets against long rod penetrators.During the research,we learned the effect of velocity change of penetrators to the Al2O3 ceramic composite targets.The result shows that:With its high rigidity,the ceramic board can lead long rod penetrators to large transformation,then the process of penetration can be delayed.The specific kind of composite targets can only have good defence effect for the long rod penetrators with certain velocity.
