摘    要:新一轮基础教育课程改革正在实施,起主导作用的数学教师队伍是实施数学课程改革的关键环节,基础教育阶段数学教师应具备精深的专业基础知识、良好的教育教学能力、指导训练能力、教科研能力等专业素质。 PDS作为一种教师培养的形式,构建了更加完善的教育体系,促进了在职教师专业发展。借鉴PDS理念,在高等师范专科学校与中小学之间进行合作,建立“高校———中小学”合作共同体,快速提升在校准教师和在职教师的专业化程度。

Abstract:A new elementary education reform is being carried out, and the mathematic teachers play an important role in the mathematical curriculum reform, so they should possess such professional qualification as profound professional knowledge, the a-bility to guide in training students, abilities to instruct and research.PDS, as a form of education of teachers ,makes a certain con-tribution to construct a perfect educational system for teachers ’ professional development.Thus, it is important to borrow ideas from PDS to establish “a community of cooperation between colleges or universities and elementary schools” for the aim of impro-ving specialization in profession of would-be teachers and in-service teachers in a fast way.
