| 摘 要： | 航天器中的螺钉连接件,其界面的接触压力分布情况是未知的。螺钉的预紧力、数量、大小等对连接件接触压力是有很大影响的。为此采用富士压力测试纸来监测不同表面粗糙度界面的小型螺钉连接件中界面接触压力的分布情况,为今后的设计提供保障。

| Abstract: | We do not know well the pressure distributing of the contact interface in the parts connected by small bolt, which is very important in some situation of aircrafts. The bolts of the pre-force, number and size have effect on the contact pressure. Fuji prescale film is used to test the pressure distributing of the parts with different roughness. We have acquired some useful results, which is very helpful for future design. |
