| 摘 要： | 分析了目前电子商务与虚拟现实技术的发展现状，论述了虚拟现实技术在电子商务领域应用的理由和前景。结合当前技术和经济的整体水平，对基于VR技术的实用电子商务运作模式及其结构形成作了可行性分析与探讨，并在其中提出了“VR电子商务服务商”这一概念。
