发展循环经济的科技策略的探讨

自工业革命以来 ,人类创造了大量的物质财富 ,但也付出了沉重的代价 ,环境污染和地球生态系统的破坏 ,已经严重影响并会制约经济的发展。当前的经济已经从工业经济向循环经济演进 ,如何在保持经济发展的同时不破坏环境 ,作者提出了发展循环经济的科技策略 ,即重构、调整、及合作 ,对当前经济发展具有一定的指导作用。

Discussion of the Strategy of Science and Technology with an Effective Approach Towards Recycle Economy

Abundant material wealth has been created and produ ce d since the Industry Revolution with,however,impressively huge cost.Environmenta l pollution and the damage of the ecological system have increasingly become a w orldwide barrier for economic development.With the transformation from Industria l Economy to Recycle Economy,intensive discussions have been made on strategies, which leads to both the sustainable development of economy and none pollution on the environment.The Strategy of Science and Technology,which includes approache s of reconstruction,readjustment and cooperation,is to be argued effective in th e development of circular economy and has guiding values to the current economic development.
