| 摘 要： | 区域创新网络是把区域创新的主体要素和对象要素有机结合的有效载体 ,是区域创新的合理构建形式。网络结点的职能定位和协作互动对区域创新网络整体功能的发挥起着至关重要的作用。本文从区域政策创新的主体———政府结点的定位入手 ,对区域创新网络中的政府职能进行了初步分析

| Abstract: | The Region Innovation Network is effective medium,which combine the major factors with objective factors completely and it is the rational construction patter of Region Innovation System.The functional orientation and cooperative relation of the Network's joint is very important for outputting of the Regional Innovation Network's whole function.The article analyzes the government function of the Region Innovation Network from the major body of the Region Policy Innovation-the orientation of the government joint. |
