| Abstract: | Scientific research is similar with software development in many aspects. Nowadays, there have been many effective methods of the software development, however the situation is different in scientific research. This paper introduces two very important software development methods: project management and process management, then analyzes the feasibility and benefit of implementation of the two methods in scientific research management. |
