Abstract:The non-linearity is the inherent nature of biosystem and the general motional law of all matters. Based on introdued briefly the non-linear spece and its field equation solution, this article, using the concept of soliton as a example, combining with some problems in molecular evolution and the research on biological macromolecular struc- ture and function, put special stress on discussing the non-linear problems of biosystem at molecular level, and computed fractal dimensions of more than 80 kinds of 5S rRNA sequences by using fractal theory.
