| 摘 要： | 高校教学管理队伍的整体素质是提升高校办学水平的重要因素，通过对西藏高校教学管理队伍的现状调查，分析教学管理队伍的结构、待遇及水平等方面存在的主要问题，提出加强西藏高校教学管理队伍建设的相应措施。
