| Abstract: | The strengthening of the supervision of power is the key to punish corruption.Jiang Ze-min has inherited and developed the thought of people's supervision proposed by the first generation and second generation of the Chinese Communist Party's leaders,emphasizing the institution and legalization of people's supervision and advocating the methodology of the power control by virtue,by law and by the people in order to exert an effective supervision and restriction on the abusive use of power. |
