| 摘 要： | 由于吉林省利用外资方式的单一和外资主体的单一,如果这种状况持续下去,必然会给吉林省利用外资带来不利的影响,所以要积极探索以跨国并购方式为重点的多种利用外资方式,在引资主体上,不仅要以国有企业为主体,更要以民营企业为主体。

| Abstract: | The way to attract foreign investment and the use of the foreign investment in Jilin province are not diverse enough.Such situation would lead to unsatisfactory impact on Jilin's progress in utilizing foreign investment efficiently.Therefore Jilin should adopt a variety of new methods to attract and make use of foreign investment,such as the international merger.And not only the state-owned enterprises,but also the private enterprises can attract and use foreign investment as well. |
