| 摘 要： | 《古兰经》和《圣训》所规定的世界观、道德观是伊斯兰国际关系理论的基础；伊斯兰国际关系理论包括“人类友爱互助”的理念、“平等协商共处”的准则、“重视交流合作”的策略三个方面。在21世纪，伊斯兰国际关系理论仍是指导伊斯兰国家处理国际关系的行动指南。

| Abstract: | The Islamic international relation theory is based on the world and moral outlooks defined by The Qur’an and Hadith, and constituted by the conception of“mutual aid and fraternal friendship among people”, the maxim of“negotiation and coexistence on an equal footing”, and the strategy of“attaching importance to exchanges and cooperation”. In the 21st century, the Islamic international relation theory is still the guideline for Islamic countries’ dealing with the international relations. |
