Design and Realization of Integrated Display Terminal Simulation System for Armored Combat Vehicle Training Simulator

The use of simulator in the operation training of digitized weapons and equipment is a need for the development of informatization equipment in these years. The integrated display terminal simulation system is an essential component of the armored combat vehicle training simulator. The simulation system is built on the basis of the combination of VAPS platform, which is installed on PCs, and VC development environment, a practice that can not only reduce design costs but also shorten design cycles. The structure, design concepts and realization methods of this simulation system were introduced. The system architecture diagram and the development process were given. The research of several key issues was focused on, including the display of simulation interface as well as external drivers, and finally the development of the integrated display terminal simulation system for the training simulator of a certain type of armored combat vehicles was achieved so that met the demands for the informatization training of the integrated display terminal of armored vehicles. Hence, this system has a fairly high military and economic value.
