Abstract:A compound 3,9-di ( 1H-pyrrol-2-yl ) -2,4,8,10-tetraazaspiro 5.5 ] undecane was synthesized andstructurally characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction structural determination. Crystal data: a = 8. 386 (2) А, b=10.541(3)А, c=0.779(3)А, a=87.274(10)°,β
= 87.769(10)°, γ=84.38 7(10)°,V=946.6 (4) А^3. The compound is constitute of 3,9-di ( 1 H -pyrrol -2-yl) -2,4,8,10-tetraaz- aspiro 5.5 ] undecane and four water molecules, The water molecules and the N atoms from the pyrrol rings of 3,9-di( 1H- pyrrol-2-yl) -2, 4,8,10-tetraazaspiro 5.5 ] undecane are linked into one-dimensional supramolecular chain, and the chain structure further forms two-dimensional supramolecular network structure by intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
