摘    要:12种食用菌提取液经磷酸缓冲液抽提,硫酸铵沉淀而获得.用不同类型的细胞检测其凝集活性,结果表明:有10种食用菌提取液能凝集2种或2种以上的供试细胞,表现出凝集活性.但不同菌种凝集素的凝集能力、凝集活性及热稳定性有很大的差异,抑制凝集活性的糖的种类也有所不同,这可能与它们的组分及化学结构有关.

Abstract:The preparations were isolated from twelve varieties of edible mushroom that have been extracted with PBS and precipitated by ammonium sulfate. The preparations were tested for the agglutinating activity of different cells. The results showed preparations of ten varieties contained lectins which agglutinated one or more types of cell used. The lectins from different edible mushroom have differentiation remarkable in agglutinations,agglutinating activity of cell used and heat stability.The agglutinating activity of ten lectins could be inhibited by different sugars.These natures may be related to composition and chemical property of the lectins existing in edible mushroom.
