| 摘 要： | 我国现行的高校考试和招生制度有其一定的合理性,但也存在严重弊端。最近几年,教育部在考试科目、考试内容、考试形式、考试时间、考试次数、招生对象、录取方式等方面进行了较大幅度的改革,取得了一定成效。但许多问题仍然难以根本解决。我们认为,按照市场经济思路改革高考体制,转变政府职能,大力发展考试产业,筹建民间考试机构,成立高考复习学校,扩大高校招生自主权是改革现行高校考试和招生制度的治本之举。

| Abstract: | The Chinese contemporary college entrance examination and enrollment policy has serious problems. Recently some reforms have been implemented while several fundamental issues remain unsolved. In taking a market-oriented approach, we should transform the function of government, develop a examination industry, establish more non-government examination institutions, open private entrance examination schools and increase college autonomy. |
