| Abstract: | Based on the meteorological and hydrological data of 60 stations, May to Sep. in 1954-1985, the features in temporal and spatial distributions and frequency of rainstorms in the Changjiang Delta region area analyzed. The synoptic situations of rainstorms are discused and classified into following types: in versed stationary front, cold-front, cyclone, typhoon and its inversed trough, shear line including periphery subtropical high; cold and warm front waves. |
