电视腹腔镜在胆囊切除术以外的临床应用125例报告

报告胆囊切除术以外的腹腔镜手术１９种１３７例次，治疗患１２５例，均痊愈，包括阑尾切除、胃穿孔修补、胃迷走神经切断、疝修补、胆道探查、肝囊肿开窗、肝部分切除、结肠部分切除等。中转开腹１例，无严重并发症发生，腹腔镜手术优点为损伤小、恢复快、瘢痕小等。对腹腔内多个病灶的治疗更加优越，应逐渐扩大腹腔镜手术种类，但应重视并发症的防治。

Clinical Applications of Laparoscopic Surgery Except Cholecystectomy (A Report of 125 Cases)

A total performce of laparoscopic procedures in 125 cases were done, which including 19 kinds of operations except cholecystectomy. The procedures involved were appendctomy, inguinal herniorrhaphy, deroofing of liver cyst, wedge resection of liver, repair of perforated duodenal ulcer, vagotomy, big bowel resection and choledochotomy. One case was converted into open appendectomy. There was no severe complication occured. The advantages of laparocpic operation included: mild injury, short hospitaligation and small scar, etc.. To develop application of laparoscopic techniques in border feilds in general surgery was expected. On the other hand, to prevent complications from these techniques is very important for surgeons.
