马氏体球墨铸铁磨球的研制

摘    要:在生产条件下研究了马氏体磨球的生产工艺和性能。通过淬火和低温回火处理获得了马氏体基体组织,冲击值达5~7J/cm2,硬度为HRc53~58,含磷量可以放宽到0.14%。马氏体球、墨铸铁磨球的生产成本与中锰球墨铸铁磨球相当,但机械性能明显地优于后者。

Abstract:Researches on the productioll process and properties of Martensite ductile iron grinding ball have been made under production conditions. Ductile iron with Martensite matrix obtained by quenching and foly-temperature tempering reaches a hardness ranging from HRc J3 to 58, shock value of 5 to 7 J/cm2, and its allowable content of phosphor may increase to 0. 14.% The production cost of the Martensite ductile iron ball is equivalent to that of medium-manganese ductile iron ball, but with respect to the mechanical properties the former is considerably superior to the latter.
