伞喷燃烧系统在车用柴油机上的应用研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种新的直喷式柴油机燃烧系统──伞喷燃烧系统。该系统应用大喷 雾顶角的轴针式喷油器,它主要依靠燃油喷雾轮廓与燃烧室形状的良好配合,并组织 较强的挤流达到改善混合气分布的不均匀性和提高燃油空气混合速度的目的。在一台 单缸机上的试验结果表明:这种系统在小缸径、高速机上的应用是有效的,并在燃油 消耗及冷烟排放等方面都有明显的改善。

Abstract:This paper introduces a new D. I. diesel combustion system in which a large cone top angle pintle injector is used. The system depends mainly on good match between the configuration of fuel spray and the shape of combustion chamber and stronger squish flow for reducing combustion charge heterogenity and increasing the fuel-air mixing rate. The results of tests on a single cylinder engine show the availability of the combustion system on small bore high-speed diesel and the improvements regarding fuel consumption and cold smoke.
