晶闸管大功率供电系统中的欠支路保护

摘    要:本文在论述晶闸管大功率供电系统中欠支路运行产生原因的基础上,引出了欠支路保护的重要性;针对当前欠支路保护存在的问题,提出采用交流电流互感器检测欠支路信号这一简单可靠而又准确的方法,分析该检测方法的基本原理,并设计了完整的欠支路保护电路。通过在株州冶炼厂一年来的运行试用,证明了该电路具有调整方便,检测准确,保护可靠等特点。

Abstract:This paper describes the importance of the default branch operating prote- ction in a powerful thyristor power-supply system on the basis of the analy- sis of its causes. Considering the problem arising from some other similar protection devices a simple method is given to detect the signal of the default branch by the use of the current transducer, and the principle of the testing method is analysed. Then a set of protection device is designed. The protection device has been properly running for a year in Zhuzhou Metallurgy Plant, showing its simplicity in maintainance, good testing accuracy, and excellent reliability.
