| 摘 要： | 通过对大学生在体育课学习中产生缺乏自信心理因素的分析,采用调查、访问和研究文献资料等方法分析大学生产生缺乏自信心的原因及基础;并探讨利用大学体育课这个特殊的教学途径来培养大学生的自信心。以便因势利导,帮助大学生们今后能更好地面对社会生活。
