多校区高职学院的管理难题及其对策

由若干中等教育、成人教育单位合并组建而成的高职学院,自然形成了多校区、多学科、多层次办学的格局,随之产生了文化冲突多、资源整合难、管理效率低等难题。研究者依据管理原理从明确校区定位,整合办学资源,实行分权管理,强化系部职责、提高管理水平等方面提出了相应的对策。

Difficult Problems and Countermeasures about Managing a Multi- Campus Higher Vocational Institute

A higher vocational institute merged and put together by a certain number of secondary education and adult education forms the multi-campus,multi-discipline and multi-level pattern of running a school naturally,which results in difficult problems such as cultural conflicts,resource conformity and low efficiency.This article,based on management principles,puts forward corresponding countermeasures in terms of making orientation of school grounds clear,conforming resources,practicing power division management,strengthening duties of departments and enhancing management standards.
