雪腐捷氏霉形态和生物学特性研究

摘    要:系统研究了采自中国的新疆、陕西、青海、宁夏、四川、贵州、湖北等7个省(区)和捷克的12个雪腐捷氏霉菌系的形态和生物学特性.通过单孢分离和纯培养,结果表明,各菌落颜色不同,分生孢子、子囊孢子大小有差异,最适生长温度亦不同.说明12个菌系属于不同生理专化类型.

Abstract:12 Strains of Gerlachia nivalis (Ces. Ex Sacc) Gams et Mull, were studied systemationally, among which 11 strains were isolated from 7 provinces and automonous regions including Xingjiang, Shanxi, Qinghai, Ningxia, Sichuan, Guizhou and Hubei in china and 1 from Czechoslovakia, to reveal their morphology and biological characteristics. Throught single spore separating and pure culturing, the results indicated that these strains were different in colour of colony, the length of conidia, ascospores, and the temperature of the most appropriate growing, and that 12 strains belonged to different race type.
