| 摘 要： | 全球化时代,我国国家安全问题呈现出复杂、多样、多变的态势。从确立全面的国家文化安全观、与和平发展战略相适应的国家文化发展战略、完善国家文化管理和文化安全法制体系战略三个方面,讨论国家文化安全防范体系的构建。

| Abstract: | With the time of globalization and under the present complex,diverse,changeable situation of our national culture security problem,how to construct the national culture safe guard system was discussed in three aspects:establishment of the idea of scientific comprehensive national culture safety,the national culture developmental strategy which adapts with peace developmental strategy,the consummation national culture management and the cultural security legal system strategy. |
