摘    要:熔体温度、熔体注射时间、气体延迟时间、气体注射压力、气体保压时间是气体辅助注射成型的关键工艺参数.为研究参数耦合作用下的气辅工艺优化问题,提出考虑参数交互作用的正交试验方法,以复杂塑件汽车后视镜镜框为对象,采用带溢料槽的满射注塑方式,分别得到针对气体穿透体积、进气端壁厚和中间壁厚的优化工艺参数组合.将优化结果应用于实际注塑过程,验证了方法的有效性.
