Abstract:This paper takes up the following seven relations in rear-servicereformat institutions lf higher learning.The seven telations are as follows: 1.the rear-service reform orientation and the implementation lf the plan; 2. the managerial system reform and the operating mechanismstransform; 3.the economic benefits and the social affect; 4.the managerial entity and the rear-service department; 5.the reform dynamics and the campus environment; 6.the reform progress and the outside campus environment; 7.the college benefits and the benefits of the staff and workers.
