| 摘 要： | 试验以湖北黄袍山保健品有限公司提供的油茶籽及茶油为试材测定其营养成分(脂肪酸、可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、淀粉、粗脂肪、粗纤维等)的含量.结果表明:每100 g油茶籽中粗纤维含量为4.08 g,可溶性糖含量为0.42 g,淀粉含量为6.94g,可溶性蛋白质含量为0.31g,粗脂肪含量为36.02 g,其主要脂肪酸含量分别为... |

| Abstract: | The Camellia oleifera Abel seed and tea oil from Hubei Huang Pao Shan Health Food Co.,LTD were used as the testing materials and their nutritive ingredients(fatty acid,soluble protein,soluble sugar,starch,crude fat,crude fiber and so on) were identified.The result showed that the content of soluble sugar in the C oleifera seed in every 100 g was 0.42 g,the content of crude fiber was 4.08 g,the content of starch was 6.94 g,the content of soluble protein was 0.31 g,the content of crude fat was 36.02 g.And the... |
