双万向联轴节的运动仿真

摘    要:用坐标变换法分析双万向联轴节传动角速度的变化规律,并在Pro/E下进行万向联轴节的零件建模、装配和作出一个运动模型.使用机构选项,对建模生成的三维模型进行运动仿真分析,观察输入和输出轴角速度的变化,再用Matlab编程、运动仿真和校验.

Abstract:The regulation for angular velocity of two universal joints is represented and analyzed with coordinate transformation.Some parts are built with application Pro/E.Then they are assembled and the movement can be analyzed.The important thing is to use mechanism option of Pro/E software to analyze the model simulation.So the angular velocity regulation can be observed between input and output.With application Matlab,movement simulation provides verification.
