| Abstract: | This paper first outlines the content, purpose, process and problems concerning the software outsourcing. As both the vendor and client, we discuss the methods to ensure the software be outsourced, introduce the commonly used software outsourcing technology- RUP, and give the prospective for the applications of agile development in the software outsourcing. |
