In using leftovers and dregs of farm by-products and side-line food industry production as raw materials to produce fodder yeasts can improve quality of fodder distinctly and raise nutritive value. In recent years, the production of fodder yeasts has developed rapidly by way of solid ferment. The technology and equipment of solid ferment issimpler with less investment and lower production cost but more profits. In this thesis Iadvance a highly automatic technology for producing fodder yeasts by way of solid ferment and emphasis is on mixing procedure. adjusting and exterminating bacteria procedure cooling procedure solid state ferment procedure drying and crushing procedure.
