摘    要:采用(苯乙烯/马来酸酐)无规共聚物(R-SMA)为增容剂制备低熔点尼龙6(uPA6)与PVC共混材料,研究了SMA和uPA6的加入量对PVC/uPA6共混物力学性能的影响。结果表明,SMA是PVC/uPA6体系的有效增容剂,SMA的加入能使uPA6在PVC中的分散相尺寸降低,大幅度提高PVC/uPA6的力学性能。

Abstract:Blends of poly(Vinyl Chloride)(PVC) and low melting-point PA6(uPA6) using a reactive copolymer styrene-maleic anhydride(SMA-18%) were prepared in this paper.The effect of SMA and uPA6 concentration on morphology and mechanical properties of the blends was discussed.The experimental results show that SMA is an effective compatibilizer to PVC/uPA6 blends and can decrease the particle size of uPA6 on continuous phase of PVC,and thus enhance the mechanical property of PVC obviously.
