摘    要:
本文研究了甲醇、乙醇滴注式气氛在热处理中的应用,采用甲醇、乙醇不同配比制取的裂解气氛可以实现对中、高碳钢的光亮热处理,也可用于低碳钢渗碳并控制表层碳浓度。甲醇、乙醇裂解设备简单,投资费用少,易于推广,尤其适合于小批量多品种生产的中,小型工厂的热处理。

Abstract:
This paper deals with the application of methanol-ethanol drop- feeding atmosphere in heat treat ment. Using the cracked atmosphere that made from methanol-ethanol by different proportion, the bright heat treatment of middle carbon steel and high carbon steel may be applied, it also may be used in carburization of mild carbon steel, and its face carbon concentration may be controlled. The equipment for methanol + ethanol cracked atmosphere is simple, its investment is low, and it is easy to be popularized. It is specially suitable to the heat treatment in small and medium-sized factories, the productions of which are in small scale but kinds of the productions in them are various.
