| 摘 要： | 水资源作为一种重要的战略性资源,其对区域生态环境安全尤其是干旱半干旱地区生态环境安全及区域可持续发展具有重要意义。在区域水资源承载力研究及可持续发展理论指导下,建立了多层次模糊综合评判模型,并运用其对车尔臣河流域水资源承载能力进行计算与评价,最后针对车尔臣河流域水资源可持续发展提出建议。表2,参12。

| Abstract: | Water resource,as a kind of important strategic resource,is significant to regional ecological environment security,especially to regional sustainable development and ecological environment security in arid and semi-arid region.This text,based on the research of regional carrying capacity of water resource and the theory of sustainable development,sets up multi-level-fuzzy-based evaluation model,and uses it to calculate and assess the carrying capacity of water resource in che'er chen river valley,and finally proposes some suggestions to water resource sustainable development of Che'er chen river valley. |
