| Abstract: | we discuss the concept,essence and origins of core competencies in clusters in this paper.we identify two key factors of clusters core competencies via analyzing knowledge systems.The two essential factors are the stocks and innovation capabilities of architectural knowledge in clusters.At last,we put forward the countermeasures of cultivating the core competencies of clusters. |
