| 摘 要： | 研究了外场对量子阱中极化子基态能的影响,通过计算得出了在外场作用下量子阱中极化子的振动频率和基态能量E,并分别讨论了极化子在强磁场和弱磁场作用下基态能量与阱宽、电场强度和回旋频率之间的关系。

| Abstract: | We investigated the influence of extra field on the ground-state energy of the polaron in quantum well.By calculating,we got the vibration frequency and the ground-state energy of the polaron and discussed the relationship between the ground-state energy of the polaron,the well-width,the electric field strength and the convolution frequency under the influence of strong magnetic field and the weak magnetic field. |
