摘    要:新课程改革是教育领域一场深层次的革命。在此背景下,不仅教学设计理论有了新发展,教师教学设计技能也有了新要求。通过师资培训,帮助广大教师掌握好教学设计理论、培养好教学设计技能,满足生长在信息时代的孩子们对各种新知识的求知欲和飞速发展的社会事业对各类人才的需求,已经刻不容缓。

Abstract:New curriculum reform is a deep reform in educational field.Under this circumstance,it requires not only the development of teaching design theory but also the cultivation of teaching design skills for teachers.Through training,a vast majority of teachers will be equipped with teaching design theory and better teaching design skills,who will in turn meet the needs of information-age children's lust for new knowledge and of rapid development of social causes.
