总结西藏人权的巨大进步领会"三个代表"重要思想的精神实质

本文以党的十六大报告精神和“三个代表”重要思想为指导，回顾、总结了西藏自和平解放以来在改善人权方面的巨大成绩。从历史的经验中得出结论，50年来的实践充分证明中国共产党是代表先进生产力的发展要求，代表先进文化的前进方向，代表最广大人民的根本利益的，完全符合西藏社会发展方向，受到广大人民群众的热烈拥护。今后在西藏应继续坚持贯彻“三个代表”重要思想，加强民族团结，努力促进生产力的进一步发展，重点抓好基础设施和生态环境建设，积极发展有特色的优势产业，繁荣社会主义文化，弘扬以爱国主义为核心的民族精神，提高人民的物质和精神生活水平，进行民族田结、反对分裂的社会主义教育，为西藏的现代化发展，为西藏人权的进一步改善，为祖国的稳定、繁荣、昌盛作出新的贡献。

Summarizing The Great Development Of Human Rights In Tibet, Comprehending The Spiritual Nature Of The Three Represents Theory

Directed by the spirit of 16th NCCPC and the Three R epresents Theory, this paper summarizes the great achievements in bettering human rights in Tibet since Tibet an liberation. From the historical experience and the practices for fifty years, it proves that the Three Represents Theory corresponds with the social development in Tibet and is espoused by the p eople. In the future, the Three Represents Theory should be carried on and through in Tibet to fortify the solidarity among nationalities, to promote greater development of productivity, to reinforce the construction of fundamental facilities and ecological environment, to develop th e featured advantageous estates so as to prosper social culture, to popular national spirit s centered with patriotism, to better people's living conditions both physically and spiritually , to conduct socialism education on solidarity and anti-split, and to make more contributions to modern ization in Tibet, bettering of human rights and to national stability and prosperity as well.
