35/10kV配电网规划中的可靠性定量评估

摘    要:本文根据电力系统可靠性评估理论,采用基于最小割集原理的系统可靠性计算方法,对上海某区2000年35/10kV配电网规划方案进行了可靠性定量评估。从网络基本最小路概念出发,编程时采用一定技巧,能明显节省寻找最小割集所需的时间和内存。

Abstract:On the basis of the theories of power system reliability evaluation and the minimal outsets, this paper calculates several reliability indices of a 35/10kV electric distribution system planning scheme. The computation time and required storage in deducing the minimal outsets can be greately reduced by introducing a concept of the basic minimal paths.
