| 摘 要： | 利用黄粉虫(Tenebrio molitor)诱集方法从吉林市不同地区采集的18个土样分离出3属3种昆虫病原真菌:球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)、金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)和玫烟色拟青霉(Paecilomyces fumosoroseus).用黄粉虫可以方便、快速调查昆虫病原真菌.

| Abstract: | Authors use method is isolating the entomopathogenic fungi from soil with Tenebrio molitor.Eighteen soil samples were collected in different soil in the surroundings of Jilin.There are 3 species of 3 genera were encountered from the infected Tenebrio molitor of soil samples.The genera are Beauveria, Metarhizium and Paecilomyces. Four species of entomopathogenic fungi,B.bassiana, M.anisopliae and P.fumosoroseus,isolated from Tenebrio molitor.We can rapid and convenient investigate these strains with Tenebrio molitor. |
