论城乡生态经济交错区土地资源管理的原则

认为随着中国城乡化进程的加快，城乡生态经济交错区优质农地将会被侵占，并可能产生一系列生态经济问题，从城乡生态经济交错区可持续发展的角度出发，探讨了土地资源管理原则提出了城乡生态交错区土地资源利用应该坚持限制性原则，主导性原则公平性原则和地域性原则。

On the principles of land resource management in the urban-rural eco-economic fringe

Land resource use and land management in the urban-rural eco-economicfringe (UREEF) are in disorder at present. With the speedup of China's urbaniza-tion, the high quality farmland will be encroached and lead to a series of associatedeco-economic problems. From the viewpoints of sustainable development, thethesis has dealt with the principles of resource management according to the eco-economic features in the UREEF. The authors consider that we should abide by 4principles of land resource management in the UREEF, namely, constraint princi-ple, dominance principle, equity principle and territory principle.
