探讨了创新与创造概念之间的异同。认为创新与创造虽然都具有新颖性这一共性，但它们之间仍有一定的区别，即创新概念的外延比创造要小。从学术上讲，人们不应该误把创新等同于创造，更不应该不顾其原始含义，完全用创新去取代创造。

Comparison of Innovation and Creation
